Hello Beauties,
Well you can take care of yourself when you are just left with 3-2 months prior to your wedding day as follows.
SkinCare Tips:
Health Care:
- Take Regular Facials: Book yourself a parlor and take regular facials in every 20 days according to your skin type.
- Book for pre-bridal package: Don’t forget to book in advance for pre- bridal packages. Generally parlors get booked heavily in wedding seasons. Better book in advance. Talk to them regarding your requirements, hair cut/ color and even makeup you’ll be wearing on the day.
- Deal with Breakouts and scars: Please don’t visit a beautician for this problem; visit a dermatologist or a physician. They can guide you for proper and effective acne and scar removal treatment, which will be more effective than the skincare care branded products suggested by beauticians. It’s better to treat the problem from root rather than just masking it.
- Body Polishing / Massage: Take regular body polishing and/or massage. This will help you relax and detox your skin for good. If spa visits are not possible, do it yourself or get a Malish-wali at home. Use a homemade and ages approved Besan ka ubtan and scrub with it as frequently as possible, everyday –if time permits. If this is winter time, hot oil massage taken weekly or biweekly will do wonders for your skin. Nothing fancy, just take any oil, mustard, coconut or olive , warm it up and gently massage it into your skin 30 min before bath. You will have soft nourished skin.
- Hair: if you are just left with 3-2 months, it’s a bad time TRY hair color. If you don’t like it still you are stuck with it as it won’t fade to a natural without ruining your hair color. The call is still with you. Take hair massage and homemade hair packs regularly. It’s a very bad time to experiment.
Health Care:
- Eat healthy and drink lots of water.
- Don’t stress.
- Continue with multi-vitamin.
- SLEEPPP SLLEEPPP SLLLEEPPP ... atleast 8 hrs
This is no time to experiment. Take a safe path and stick to products you've already been using.
Stay Beautiful :)
